Our Attorneys

Constantin Post is a litigation attorney serving clients across Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. He spent years on the defense side, representing insurers and their insureds, from drivers to manufacturers, architects and engineers, small businesses, hotels, and oil-and-gas training facilities. He tried those cases against many of the same plaintiff firms people consider hiring today. That work showed him how an insurer evaluates, prepares, and defends a claim, and he applies it now on the other side.

A 2018 Cumberland School of Law graduate, Constantin competed nationally in advocacy tournaments and served as Senior Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He leads the firm's equine and exotic animal law practice, covering sale, boarding, liability, and regulatory matters involving horses and exotic animals across all three states. He also handles catastrophic injury cases, products liability claims, and complex litigation against insurance companies and corporate defendants. His trial results have been reported in the Alabama Jury Verdict Reporter.

Constantin listens first and explains matters in plain terms. He returns calls, answers questions, and keeps clients current on where a case stands. Clients come to him with a problem to solve, and he treats them accordingly.
